The canvas photograph is of a small canvas print, so the texture is more visible than it would be on a larger print.
We can print on pretty much anything that accepts water-based pigment inks (including vinyl or film), but I've listed the main options below. Other paper types can be ordered on request.
17" semimatte cellulose, 24" matte cellulose/matte cotton/canvas are in stock right now. Everything else needs a couple days extra to receive the paper.
Paper types:
All paper I'm using is good, but the more expensive types are more lightfast (will last centuries under sunlight), feel better and usually have a better result.
Matte Cellulose:
Epson Enhanced Matte. Medium weight (190-210g/m2). Matte, so it doesn't reflect ambient light but also doesn't have as deep contrast as glossy papers. Contains brighteners, so will yellow over time (~30-40 years).
Semimatte Cellulose:
Proofing Paper Semimatte. Slightly heavier (250-260g/m2). Mildly glossy, so gets the additional contrast benefit but reflects ambient light sources. No added brighteners.
Matte Cotton:
Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth. Heavy (305g/m2) and matte. This paper is made of cotton instead of cellulose, so more premium feel and wider gamut/deeper blacks.
Canvas:
Hahnemühle Goya Canvas. 350g/m2, very flexible (so easier to store/display, similar to a tapestry), uniquely textured. Recommended for a painting look and feel.
