All published artwork of Xenoluxe (a brand of SimulaVR GmbH) is licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license with the following additional restrictions, unless a separate agreement exists between Xenoluxe and the licensee.
All published character designs of Xenoluxe are licensed under the CC BY 4.0 license with the following additional restrictions.
Additional Restrictions for CC BY 4.0
- If you publicly distribute a work (such as on Twitter) based on one of Xenoluxe's characters, you must upload it publicly to a permanent archive (for example, to an imageboard like Danbooru or e621)
- If you privately distribute a work (such as on a paysite like Patreon) based on one of Xenoluxe's characters, you must send Xenoluxe a copy of that work.
Additional Restrictions for CC BY-NC-SA 4.0:
- If you distribute a derivative of the work, you must upload it publicly to a permanent archive (for example, to an imageboard like Danbooru or e621) while marking it clearly as a derivative.
- Any physical reproduction of the work that is performed by a third party (print shop, etc.) requires prior authorization from Xenoluxe
